Frequently asked questions

How do I see my earnings if I'm not a Nod customer?

From your affiliate page. When you sign up we email you the private link to get in, with no password. Bookmark it. If you lose it, enter your email under «Already an affiliate?» and we'll send it again.

When do I get paid?

Each commission waits 30 days after the customer's payment, then Stripe transfers it to your account automatically. You only need to connect your payout account once.

For how long do I earn from a business?

For their first 12 months as a paying customer. Each business has its own year, starting on its first payment.

What if they sign up days after using my link?

It still counts: your link remembers the visit for 90 days in that browser. If they later come through another affiliate's link, the last one counts.

What happens if the customer asks for a refund?

The proportional part of your commission is deducted. If it was already transferred, it is taken back from your Stripe account.

Do I need to be a Nod customer?

No. Anyone can be an affiliate. If you're already a customer, create your link from Settings → Plans and you'll be paid into your business's account.

Can I use my own link to sign up?

It doesn't earn commission. Sign-ups with your own email don't count, and those that look like yours are held for review.

Is there anything I can't do?

Don't bid on «Nod» in ads, don't spam and don't promise discounts or features Nod doesn't offer. Breaking these can block your affiliate account and cancel pending commissions.
